Return
Policy:
TyphoonUS.com backs up the quality
of all their products. You may return any item in its original
condition, for any reason, at any time in its original shipping
package. Please include a note stating the reason for the return.
We offer you two options for returns:
1) a "no questions asked"
replacement of the product you purchased,
2) a refund of the purchase price* of the item(s) you purchased.
All returns must be sent to Typhoon
US, 3749 Redwood Highway, San Rafael, CA 94903 and must include
a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling
1-877-TYPH-USA or e-mailing us at CustomerService@TyphoonUS.com.
Please state the option you
are requesting when you are returning any product.
*Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
